8:1 Camper to Coach Ratio
Lacrosse Olympics - For one of the camp sessions, we will do individual competitions and games (stick trick, accuracy shot, speed shot, etc.)
Stick Stringing Session
Coaches/Counselors will be staying on each floor with the campers
2 Campers per Room
No swimsuit required
Meals are pre determined and are served buffet style
Arrangements can be made prior to camp for campers with dietary restrictions
Individual Development Sessions
Focused on Improving Individual Skill
Team Development Sessions
Focused on Improving Team Concepts
Daily Controlled Scrimmages
Coaches Ref and will stop the scrimmage to utilize teaching moments but the idea is to get kids playing games each day
3x Competition
We play 3x each day which is 3v3 lacrosse with a tennis ball on a small goal. The idea is to get a lot of touches in a small space and this game helps breed creativity.

Please note this camp is taking place at Lake Tahoe Prep and the adjacent Olympic Valley Park Field, located near the entrance to Squaw Valley
Camp Checklist:
Medical Form: Please Print out and bring this medical form when you check In on Monday.
Shoes And Short Sticks: Campers must bring sneakers and a short lacrosse stick (40 inches) to camp to play 3x with.
Water and Water Bottles: Water will be available on site, but please bring reusable water containers to reduce unnecessary waste.
Stringing Kit*: Coaches will teach the players who are interested in the intricacies of stringing their own stick. This will occur while we are in between on field sessions. Players should bring their own mesh stringing kit and a lacrosse head to string.

Each camper will be lodged at Lake Tahoe Prep, along with the coaches and directors.
The lodging is in a dormitory so each camper will need to bring the following
Towels
Sleeping bag
Fitted Sheets (optional)
Pillow Case (pillow is provided)
Toiletries
TYPICAL SCHEDULE FOR OVERNIGHT CAMPERS
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Breakfast
9:00AM-11:00AM: Session 1 on Olympic Valley Field
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch
2:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Afternoon session or activity
5:00 PM - 5:45 PM: Dinner
6:00 PM - 8:00 PM: Night games on Olympic Valley Field
8:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Snacks and Movies at Dorms, Camp Store Open
9:30 PM: Lights Out
ADDITIONAL NOTES for Camp
ADVNC Camps have on staff athletic trainers at each field. Please submit medical forms to indicate any medical/special conditions to advise ADVNC staff.
Snacks; players can bring their own snacks however they should be non-perishable. The snacks would be kept with the players in their bags and in their dorm rooms.
Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are provided for overnight campers, starting with Dinner on Tuesday. Lunch is not provided on check in day or on the last day.
Technology; players are allowed to bring their phones, if they have one. However, video game consoles are not allowed. Players will be in activities almost all camp so screen time is going to be actively discouraged.
Extra spending money; kids bring anywhere from 20 to 100 dollars, if only to spend on t-shirts/sweatshirts at the store. Campers can bring cash or use a credit/debit card. Families are able to purchase gear on the day of pick up as well.

ADVNC Lake Tahoe implements position-specific coaching from world class players, who teach innovative techniques and strategies currently being used at the NCAA and Professional levels.
An Immersive Experience
Lake Tahoe camp is an immersive lacrosse experience, giving young players the opportunity to build relationships with their role models, and to learn from their experiences.
At an elevation of 6,200 feet, the beautiful Lake Tahoe Prep is located in the heart of Squaw Valley. Campers experiences clean, fresh air and a full range of seasonal climates. Average temperatures during ADVNC Camps are typically at a high of 85°F in the summer (-7°C to 30°C).
