Program Description
This six-week webinar series is designed to elevate the technical, mental, and strategic skills of goalies. Led by Will Mark, with special guest appearances (e.g., Top college and professional goalies), it combines live instruction, group discussions, and interactive exercises. Participants will receive tailored feedback, homework assignments, and resources to reinforce concepts learned each week.
Audience: Open to ADVNC and non-ADVNC players.
Format: 1-hour live sessions + interactive materials.
Live sessions are from 7:30 - 8:30 PM each Sunday evening.
Highlights: Includes mental performance strategies, film breakdown, technical drills, and recruiting guidance.

Focus: Building focus, self-talk strategies, and mental routines.
Activity: Visualization drill; create a “game-day mindset” checklist.

4/6 - Week 3: Film Breakdown Fundamentals
Focus: Analyzing game footage for positioning and decision-making.
Activity: Review professional clips; submit personal film insights.
4/13 - Week 4: Advanced Positional Drills & Techniques
Focus: Stance, movement, and drill execution.
Activity: Record and submit a positional drill.
4/20 - Week 5: Guest Speaker on Development & Recruiting
