Spallina is a current Syracuse All-American and member of Team USA. Mark is a current player on the PLL Waterdogs and ADVNC Goalie Academy Director. Cook is a former Syracuse midfielder and current ADVNC Coach.

Day Campers Drop off each day: 9:00 AM

Day Campers Pick up each day: 8:00 PM


Check-out Day - Aug 1, 2025 12:00 PM

Camp ends at 12:00 PM

Day Camper Pick up at Stevenson Field: 12:00 PM

Overnighter Pick up at Stevenson School: 12:30 PM

We welcome parents to come to the last field session to see scrimmages and end of camp festivities. Approximate time 10AM at Stevenson Field. 


TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE FOR OVERNIGHT CAMPERS

7:30 AM - 8:30 AM Breakfast

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Session 1 on Stevenson Field

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch

2:00 PM - 4:30 PM Afternoon session Stevenson Field or activity

5:00 PM - 5:45 PM Dinner

6:00 PM - 8:00 PM Night games on Stevenson  Field

8:00 PM - 9:30 PM Snacks and Movies at Dorms, Camp Store Open

9:30 PM Lights Out


Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are provided for overnight campers, starting with Dinner on Tuesday, July 29th. Lunch is not provided on check in day (Tuesday) or on the last day (Friday).

IMPORTANT INFO FOR PROSPECTIVE CAMPERS

  • 8:1 Camper to Coach Ratio

  • Backyard Games (Lacrosse, Jenga, Lacrosse Golf, etc.)

  • Lacrosse Olympics - For one session during camp, we will do individual competitions and games (stick trick, accuracy shot, speed shot, etc.)

  • Stick Stringing Session

  • Lacrosse Coaches will be on Each Floor

  • 2 or 4 Campers per Room

  • Swimsuit required / Gym Shoes Required

  • Meals are pre determined and are served buffet style

    • We can arrange to meet specific dietary restrictions, prior to camp

  • Individual Development Sessions

    • Focused on Improving Individual Skill

  • Team Development Sessions

    • Focused on Improving Team Concepts 

  • Daily Controlled Scrimmages

    • Coaches Ref and will stop the scrimmage to utilize teaching moments but the idea is to get kids playing games each day

  • 3x Competition

    • We play 3x each day which is 3v3 lacrosse with a tennis ball on a small goal. The idea is to get a lot of touches in a small space and the game helps breed creativity.
