ADVNC Founder & CEO, Chris Rotelli is one of the most accomplished lacrosse players of all time. Chris was a 3x NCAA All American, 2x First team All American, USILA Midfielder of the Year, 4s MLL All Star, 3x All ACC, ACC Player of the Year, and a 3x High School All American. In 2003 He lead University of Virginia to an NCAA Championship, and was honored as the ACC Male Athlete of the Year, and also won the Tewaaraton Award, given to the nation’s most outstanding lacrosse player.
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Rotelli’s goal is to help young players achieve their dreams. With ADVNC Lacrosse, Chris translates his experiences, lessons, and achievements, passing along his secrets to lacrosse players who wish to reap all the benefits from the sport. Chris is the Head Coach at Sacred Heart Prep in Atherton, CA, and was honored as the PAL coach of the year in 2015, WCAL coach of the year in 2018, and California coach of the year in 2021.
MIKIE SCHLOSSER
ADVNC Director of Training
Mikie Schlosser is a Davis, California native and one of the most celebrated lacrosse players to come out of the Sacramento region. Mikie was one of the first ever ADVNC players. He played at the University of Michigan. He then turned pro and won a championship in the MLL with the Denver Outlaws and also became an All-Star. Mikie was drafted 12th overall in the PLL by the Waterdogs in the 2021 Entry Draft. Mikie was a PLL All-Star in 2021.
As Director of Training, Mikie will oversee training strategies and regimens for all of ADVNC’s teams in all of our Regions.
BJ GRILL
ADVNC Director of Training
A native of New Jersey, Grill was a first-team All-Big East defenseman at Marquette in '14-'15 and was an All-American in 2016. He played professionally in both the MLL and PLL before retiring in 2021.
Grill moved to the Bay Area in 2018 and started coaching with ADVNC in 2019. He has primarily coaches the ADVNC 2027 & 2028 teams. He was named Head Coach of Marin Catholic Boys Lacrosse in 2021.
In this new role, Coach Grill will implement and oversee training regimens for all ADVNC teams, across all Regions, alongside our Regional Directors.
BRITTON STUART

Britton Stuart hails from the suburbs of Philadelphia and attended Georgetown University. He captained the Georgetown Men's Club Lacrosse team for three years, leading them to the club's first ever NCLL D1 playoff appearance and being named an NCLL D1 All-Star in 2002 & 2003.
His coaching career began at the youth and high school levels on the East Coast. He spent four years as the Defensive Coordinator at Tamalpais High School in Mill Valley, CA, where he helped lead the Red-Tailed Hawks to back-to-back CIF North Coast Section Division 2 Championships in 2022 & 2023. Britton was named Head Coach at SF University High School in 2023.
Professionally, Britton spent over a decade in civil and commercial management consulting in the health care, IT, and energy sectors before deciding to follow his passion for lacrosse full-time. He now serves as ADVNC Lacrosse's COO, and coaches with ADVNC North Bay, NDP NorCal, and NDP National teams.
Britton is a semi-retired member of the San Francisco Lacrosse Club in the NorCal Men’s Lacrosse League. He currently lives in Mill Valley with his wife and two young kids.
WILL MARK

Will Mark is our first-ever Director of Goalkeeping and will oversee the newly established ADVNC Goalie Academy. In addition, Coach Mark will serve as the Assistant Director of ADVNC East Bay.
Will recently concluded an exceptional career in Division I lacrosse, finishing ranked 6th on the all-time Men’s DI Lacrosse Saves List. We couldn’t be more excited to have someone of his caliber leading this new initiative.
We are creating the Academy and installing Coach Mark in this new role to elevate the standard of goalkeeping at ADVNC Lacrosse. Under Coach Mark’s leadership, the ADVNC Goalie Academy will offer top-tier training, personalized mentorship, and cutting-edge development programs designed to help every ADVNC goalie maximize their potential both on and off the field.
Drawing on his extensive DI playing experience, Coach Mark will instill the valuable lessons he’s learned at the highest levels of lacrosse into our Program. His goal and mission is to stay at the forefront of the position by incorporating the latest techniques and tools into his training sessions. Coach Mark will work with goalies at all levels of our program, including ADVNC Regional, NDP NorCal, and NDP National.

About Coach Will Mark
A native of the East Bay, Will Mark began his lacrosse journey as a young goalie with ADVNC. He continued his career at Long Island University before transferring to Syracuse University. He earned All-American honors at both schools. Mark was also a two-time Tewaaraton Award nominee and an All-ACC player for the storied Syracuse Orange Program.
With a family legacy at ADVNC—Mark’s younger brother is currently a player in our East Bay program—we are proud to welcome Will back to the organization. In addition to his role with the Goalie Academy, Coach Mark has been instrumental in our Summer Camps over the past two years and will continue to help lead them moving forward.

Matt Bond
ADVNC San Francisco Director

Matt Bond played attack at the Johns Hopkins University from ‘91-‘95 during which time the Blue Jays advanced to the NCAA Final Four 3 times. His brother, Adam, was also an attackman at Hopkins from ‘94-‘96 and Washington College from ‘96-‘97 while his father, Rick, was an All-American attackman at UMBC (Class of ‘70) and inducted into the USA Lacrosse Florida Chapter Hall of Fame in 2019. All three Bonds have been inducted into the Pine Crest School (FL) Athletic Hall of Fame as student-athletes and coach. Matt has coached for over 25 years with posts at Timperley Lacrosse Club (Manchester, England), Wootton HS (MD), New Canaan HS (CT), Corona del Mar HS (CA), and Menlo-Atherton HS (CA). Since 2011, Matt has been the offensive coordinator at Menlo-Atherton, Director of the Menlo-Atherton Grizzlies Youth Club, and Director of SixFifty Lacrosse. He continues to be heavily involved in the growth of the game in Costa Rica and has led high school teams on annual lacrosse service trips since 2012. Matt’s wife of 22 years, Katie, is a doctor of clinical psychology in private practice specializing in child and adolescent development and they have an 15-year-old son.

Evan Morrison is a Santa Clara, CA native who played Defense and LSM for the UC Santa Cruz Banana Slugs, graduating in 2016. He has coached the ADVNC Sacramento and ADVNC NDP teams for the past several years, before becoming Sacramento Director.

WARREN PRINGLE

Warren Pringle grew up in San Francisco and played college lacrosse at Sonoma State University, where he was a 4X 1st Team WCLL & 4X MCLA All American goalie and member of the SSU Lacrosse Hall of Fame. Over the past 15 years Pringle has held head or assistant coaching positions at The Bay School, Casa Grande HS, Marin Catholic HS, Redwood HS, Sonoma State University, The Urban School and several youth & club teams. Pringle works with all of the ADVNC North Bay teams and is the Head Coach of Tamalpais High School Boys Lacrosse.
JASON PERELES

A native of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Jason played at Bowling Green State University for two years before transferring to Indiana University, where he graduated in 2011 with a degree in Sports Communication. He also graduated with an MBA and a Master of Arts in Sports Leadership degree from Concordia-Chicago. After graduation, he moved back to the Milwaukee area where he took over the Kettle Moraine HS program and led them to their first State Quarter-Final appearance. In 2015, he was hired as the Director of Lacrosse Operations with the Marquette University men’s lacrosse team. While working at Marquette, Jason joined forces with the Milwaukee VA Hospital and formed Milwaukee's first Wheelchair Lacrosse team, which is still competing today.
It was during that same time that he got involved with international lacrosse. During his time at Marquette, Jason spent time in Kingston, Jamaica, helping Jamaica Lacrosse take flight. After helping kickstart Kingston's first HS league, he moved on and became involved with the Greece Lacrosse Association. In January of 2017, he moved to Thessaloniki, Greece and executed a program called “Boots on the Ground” and successfully introduced lacrosse to over 1,000 students. Upon returning to the United States, Jason’s role was elevated to President of the Greece Lacrosse Association and helped organize/plan for Greece's first ever appearance at the World Championships. Jason still serves as an assistant coach for the Greek National Team.
In 2019, Jason and his wife Skye made the move from Chicago to California and currently reside in Livermore.
